Prosciutto di Parma
(Parma Ham) totally preservative- and additive-free, is distinguished by its typical sweet flavour.
It is matured in cool rooms with very little ventilation for a period ranging from 20 to 24 months.
The final weight of the matured ham is approx. 12 Kg.
